Receptionist

The Receptionist will support our Body Shop by providing customer relations support, receiving/routing incoming calls, answer basic inquiries and providing follow up to customers.

What will you do?
  • Act as the first point of contact for visiting customers.
  • Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and high level of professionalism.
  • Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating our mission and values.
  • Engage customers to determine their automotive needs.
  • Appropriately route customers to our body shop.
  • Maintain a high and consistent level of premium-brand, customer service - WOW customers!
  • Use premium-brand telephone techniques and etiquette.
  • Operate switchboard telephone system, answer and field calls, take thorough messages as it relates to callers and inquiries.
  • Provide basic information to callers that have general inquiries.
  • Place follow up calls.
  • Assist management with various clerical duties as needed.

What are we looking for?
  • 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service, receptionist/front desk, administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player, professional appearance.
  • Pleasant and engaging - must be able to project a 'smile' while speaking both in person and over the phone.
  • Listen and retain information accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and over phone.
  • Team-oriented and flexible/multi-tasking.
