RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a full-time Recruiter to remotely support our enterprise technology client based in Austin, TX.Responsibilities:
  • The Recruiter will be responsible for managing a high volume req load partnering with other internal organizations to execute on a variety of initiatives focused on attracting and engaging a top talent for the company
  • This role will own client groups, accounts, and/or geography relationships to drive results directly with hiring and business unit leaders
  • Partner with hiring manager to understand and prioritize hiring needs and develop strong selection processes through the use of established methods coupled with creative and innovative techniques and tools
  • Conduct thorough intake sessions for each requisition assigned to you, clarifying hiring needs and responsibilities, and ensuring job description reflects accurate knowledge, skills and abilities required; Gain agreement on service level agreements and manage/set clear expectations with hiring managers and escalate when SLAs are at risk
  • Interview candidates to assess for culture and skill fit using behavioral based interview techniques
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and educating your business and HR business partners on best practices and market trends/data that can impact their business hiring needs
  • Engage with sourcing partner when appropriate to ensure a rich, diverse candidate slate
  • Engage with recruiting coordinator to ensure an optimal candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Support team or other team members on specific project-based hiring requirements


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition (sales recruiting experience highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing on talent acquisition strategies
  • HRIS system experience (Workday preferred but not required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to travel (minimal)
  • Highly collaborative, innovative, action-oriented, accountable with strong influencing skills
  • Adept at engaging specialized, high-skilled or difficult-to-attract talent; You do this by leveraging your strong interpersonal skills coupled with expert search skills which includes mastery of search engine usage, passive engagement techniques, cold calling and utilizing social media tools
  • You embrace an open-mind set, embrace change and are open to feedback and coaching; Not afraid to ask for help when you need it and generous with both your time and knowledge
  • You have a high business acumen and possess the ability to understand business strategies in a complex sales organization
  • Thorough understanding of business, client needs, specific talent pools and the innovation necessary to execute an aggressive talent acquisition strategy
  • You have the ability to manage and drive multiple projects within a matrixed environment
  • Expert on resume search portals, using search engines, passive techniques, cold calling and utilizing social media tools to identify candidates
