NewLane Finance is seeking a Recruiter to manage the ongoing cycle of processes related to attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and hiring employees within NewLane Finance, including employment branding, marketing, outreach, networking, and relationship building with potential candidates’ communities to continually build and enhance NewLane Finance’s talent pool.

Essential Functions:

  • Facilitates and manages all facets of recruiting effort, from job postings, sourcing/screening, offer negotiation, etc., all while maintaining commitment to speed, quality of hire, and a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Strong behavioral interviewing skills are necessary
  • Skilled at multitasking, organizing and prioritizing work with a creative, strategic, and "hands-on" approach.
  • Financial/Banking industry experience desired
  • Develops and executes recruiting and sourcing strategies with hiring manager and maintains effective and proactive communication to keep all stakeholders informed throughout process.
  • Ensures ATS is populated with up-to-date information at all times and masters and leverages all required tools such as LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.
  • Ensures compliance with EEO/AAP throughout entire process.
  • Work directly with hiring managers to assess the needs of their team and collaborate in creating job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement social media programs to attract and target viable candidates.
  • Collects and analyzes data to prepare reports to measure success rates for customer service, time to fill, trend data.
  • Regularly review the recruitment approach and process with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong trusting relationships within the team, with hiring managers, and vendors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or 5+ years of in-house corporate recruitment.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Effective oral/written communication skills, as well as consultative skills with the ability to understand the needs and urgency of assigned positions are essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and compliance with HR recruiting processes and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • A strong team player attitude fostering strong working relationships across teams and departments.
  • Open and willing attitude open to giving and receiving feedback in a positive and productive manner.
  • Ability to negotiate offer letters
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain flexibility.
