A technology company in Chicago is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to handle all of the administrative aspects of the recruiting process. If you'd like to start a career in recruiting, this a great opportunity to gain insight into the recruiting function with a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

Load candidates into the Applicant Tracking System

Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews

Document feedback and track candidates through the process

Assist with sourcing and onboarding

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Excellent communication skills
