Location: REMOTE
Salary: $135,000 to $175,000 plus bonus
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager (West Coast)

• Must have Multi-Site experience and be willing to travel around 75%
• Also experience in High Speed Manufacturing or CPG is required

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead Maintenance Transformation activities at manufacturing facilities to improve equipment reliability
  
• Transformation activities will focus on three areas of maintenance (personnel, operating and management system).
  
• Lead the activities of the Transformation team engaged in assessing current state of maintenance and developing/executing action plans to close the identified gaps.
  
• Assess maintenance processes and programs against corporate strategy and national plan to identify gaps that need to be addressed to achieve world class asset reliability
  
  
• Lead development and implementation of National Initiatives as part of National Strategy.
  
• Work with plant engineers to build and execute action plans to address gaps in maintenance program to achieve sustainable asset reliability
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Multi-Site experience
• High Speed Manufacturing or CPG
• 5 - 7 years of experience in industrial manufacturing.
  
• Proven experience leading Maintenance Organization.
  
• CMRP / CRL are a plus.
