HAYS has partnered with a rapidly growing real estate developer and manager of high-quality affordable housing in the US.

Your new role

As the Regional Property Manager, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that include traveling and overseeing a portfolio around 800 units on the West Coast. Responding to the needs of properties that require the most assistance, keeping in contact with the Property Management team and reporting updates to the VP. Resolving tenant issues and being in charge of the overall success of the portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed

• 8+ Years with Multifamily Affordable Housing experience.
• Willingness to travel to multiple different properties that include CA, AZ, and NV.
• Prior multi-site management experience is preferred.
• Budget management and vendor management experience.
• Comfortable with 90% of travel via driving or flying.
