EBS Healthcare now part of the Stepping Stones Group is currently interviewing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Clinics in West Chester, PA!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Behavior Technicians (BTs) in clinics provide one on one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to treatment to children with autism in their natural setting, such as in their home, school, or community
- Teach children with autism how to communicate, play, make friends, and function more independently, while helping redirect challenging behaviors
- Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings to report child's progress and get specific feedback from the supervisor
- Collect, organize and summarize behavioral data on each child's treatment goals
- Work with families to support their child's progress
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Some college. Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field preferred
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus!
- Past experience working with children, especially children with autism is preferred
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
- Reliable Transportation required
