Responsibilities

Tower Select Registered Nurses support various areas of the health system. Our relationship-based care model creates a healing environment for patients, families, nurses and colleagues alike. A registered nurse in Tower Select develops, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and implements the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines.

As a member of Tower Select, your base pay rate is based on your years of nursing experience plus a premium pay differential. Additional shift differentials are added where applicable. Our RNs are also eligible for a generous educational assistance program and participation in a financially incentivized career advancement program.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (Required)
• BSN (Preferred)
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a professional nurse in an acute care setting

Certification and Licensure Requirements

• PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)

Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 12 months experience as a professional nurse specialized in critical care.
