RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client, a growing company in the Phoenix, AZ area is seeking a Remote ServiceNow Developer. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and provide architectural solutions on the ServiceNow platform to fulfill user requirements
  • Troubleshoot advanced issues in the role of Level 3 Support
  • Utilize the ServiceNow platform to develop and configure functionality that enables employees and clients, processes, and systems to operate faster, more efficiently, and with greater operational intelligence
  • Resolve critical incidents as a member of an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation
  • Implement and maintain ServiceNow's Customer Service Management application
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor junior colleagues, and build relationships with business users and the Product Management team
  • Assist with platform upgrades and help maintain the overall health of the platform
  • Advocate for and champion the use of ServiceNow as a go-to solution for business needs
  • Build and maintain robust integrations with other systems and tools to support business objectives
  • Work with your peers in a self-organizing manner as part of an Agile scrum team
  • Aggressively look for ways to reduce technical debt, introduce best practices, and champion high-quality user experiences within the platform
  • Work collaboratively with other developers and engineers, as well as the Product Management team to design elegant, modern, efficient, and high-quality solutions to meet business needs


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer
  • 5-7+ years of hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances
  • Experience with ServiceNow Glide System API is a plus
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is a plus
  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator is a plus
  • Extensive JavaScript experience with Angular JS and/or ReactJS
  • Deep knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Understanding of SOAP
  • Incident management and CMDB experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in C# or C++ preferred
  • Experience working with PowerShell preferred
  • In-depth understanding of the Agile methodology
  • Extensive experience working with business users to understand requirements and implement technical solutions
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical and architectural documentation
  • Experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow's Customer Service Management application
  • Knowledge of the Application Studio and the Service Portal
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
