Resurgent Capital Services is looking for a Representative II, Inbound Customer Service to join our Greenville, SC- Liberty One Office! This role is responsible for assisting account owners or authorized individuals, who call in, to effect resolution of their account(s). By utilizing strong communication and organizational skills the Inbound Customer Service Representative will investigate and/or negotiate resolution with/for Resurgent's customers.
This is a 100% in-office role
Weekend Schedule ONLY: Friday and Monday 8:00am-7:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm ( $1/hour shift differential)
