Research Associate $52K Plus Bonus - Entry-Level Research and Strategy Development for Executive Search!

A boutique professional services firm is currently seeking an intelligent, sophisticated and professional Research Associate for the Boston office! In this role, you will be responsible for gathering qualitative information for prospective and ongoing client engagement to assist the executive search teams with their recruitment strategy. This includes identifying relevant candidates for searches, organizing and identifying leads in their client database, and providing high-level support for the Partners by tracking industry news and leveraging social networks and other resources. Our client is looking to hire an entry-level and qualified Research Associate who has an interest in research and curiosity for recruiting. This candidate must have exceptional communication, problem solving, project management, and interpersonal skills; extensive skills using Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint; strong writing skills; and must be quick-learner, with a keen eye for accuracy, who can work independently as well as a member of a team.
