The Marketing Insights Programs team builds global programs that power the Insights function and grow the researcher community. Marketing Insights Program managers provide structure and efficiency by identifying needs and opportunities, building strategic systems, championing culture, and advocating for insights through cross functional partnerships to achieve strong long-lasting outcomes. The Business Ops Program Manager will design and implement programs that help our talented teams operate at their highest and most effective level. This Program Manager will identify strategic opportunities, design programming, and manage implementation across three areas: 1) Finance/Budget, 2) Contracts, 3) Compliance.

Research Program Manager, Business Operations Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Marketing Insights finance, contract, and compliance needs and prioritize key issues and opportunities
  • Engage, partner, and collaborate with research team members and leadership to proactively identify opportunities to leverage programming to radically improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of our team
  • Communicate team goals and strategy. Define success for pillar and programs
  • Design and launch programs that reduce process friction and enhance researcher impact and satisfaction
  • Move initiatives forward, find resources, predict roadblocks/obstacles, raise concerns to appropriate owners and resolve issues that prevent progress
  • Contribute to overall Marketing Insights Program infrastructure, updating processes and tools and initiating improvements where needed
  • Demonstrate best-in-class internal communications that others will replicate
  • Jump in on special projects, help team respond to new and shifting priorities


Minimum Qualifications:

  • This role requires both execution and strategic-focused program management experience and broad knowledge of market research
  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • 8+ years of experience in financial operations or project/program management
  • Experience managing budgets and projections for large teams
  • Proven track record of identifying pain points, designing and implementing strategic programs that yield business results, and scaling operations in a business context
  • Experience leveraging communication to influence horizontally, cross functionally, and among executives
  • Experience applying organized/structured approach to complex logistics
  • Experience building cross functional relationships and leading effective collaborations


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with market researchers
  • Experience working with marketing teams
  • Experience working in or with large, fast-paced organizations with frequent cross-functional collaboration
  • Vendor management experience
