The Marketing Insights Programs team builds global programs that power the Insights function and grow the researcher community. Marketing Insights Program managers provide structure and efficiency by identifying needs and opportunities, building strategic systems, championing culture, and advocating for insights through cross functional partnerships to achieve strong long-lasting outcomes. The Research Programs Manager, People Pillar will design and implement programs that help our talented teams operate at their highest and most effective level. This Program Manager will identify strategic opportunities, design effective programming, and manage implementation across three areas:1) Learning & Development (Set L&D vision and priorities. Design and implement programming that helps researchers respond to evolving business needs, elevate their craft, and grow in their careers). 2) Career Clarity (Develop tools and programming that drive expectation transparency and proactive career planning).3) Community Building (Enhance satisfaction through programs that promote inclusivity and recognition).
