MV Transportation is seeking Reservationsits who will work to deliver the day-to-day customer service objectives and passenger trip reservations in a customer contracted contact center. This work is done in compliance with the procedures defined by the client and in conformance with contracted procedures. His/her duties involve daily communication and interaction with ADA passengers, dispatchers, schedulers and reservationists. He/she must also organize and conduct activities to assure accurate and timely trip-bookings that drive a safe, on-time and cost-effective operating performance.
