Must have a valid PA driver's license and be able to drive an organization automobile/van
Must have Act 33/34/73 Clearances upon hire

Friday through Monday 1:30pm to 11:30pm ( 4 day work week)

ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a Residential Care Advisor to provide assistance and training to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities/Serious Mental Illness in our Wolfe Supportive Housing residential treatment facility located in South Hills. We're looking for people who have experience developing and mentoring a team, and who believe in a strengths-based approach, and use positive practices to help guide their everyday activities.
Our Wolfe Supportive Housing program provides services to fifteen individuals. Each person served lives in their own one bedroom apartment. Staff is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Wolfe Supportive Housing is a permanent housing program. Staff provide outings for residents weekly such as bank trips, grocery shopping, foodbank and other community resources.
ABOUT YOUIn any given day, you might manage medications, take residents to appointments, interact with family members, etc. We're looking for employees who are professional, flexible, compassionate, and can remain composed in stressful situations.
