RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Retention Specialist in San Diego, California (CA).Responsibilities include:
  • Handle incoming billing questions and/or assist with customer cancel request
  • Handle basic product questions and/or research accounts
  • Retention Specialist will navigate our product, look up, and send orders
  • Reprocess accounts and/or retain customers
  • Adjust pricing and/or properly document cancel calls
  • Retention Specialist will process orders and/or review contract terms
  • Take payments and/or send denials via email
  • Communicate to customers via email
  • Retention Specialist will communicate with sales representatives


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Customer service experience
  • Fully understand company policies
  • Understand other departments processes
  • Understand retention policies and procedures
  • Maintain a 3-minute call average, and/or maintain a 2 min wrap-up time
  • Problem solving skills and/or critical thinking skills
  • Some sales knowledge preferred (not required)
  • Call center experience is not required
