We are looking to hire a RN or LPN in Nampa at our Karcher Family Medicine and Urgent Care clinic! The clinic is located at 11035 West Karcher Road and provides convenient care to close to home for west Nampa residents and surrounding communities.

In this role, you will provide clinical leadership and support within the clinic and throughout the network. This is also considered a working RN position, meaning you will still provide some patient care, including Triage, working alongside clinic staff.

As an RN in this role, your typical day includes a variety of responsibilities, including treadmill stress tests, administering medication, triaging cardiac patients, education patients and scheduling cardiac procedures. RN's are also expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information.

Schedule: M, Tu and Wed 7:30am-8:00pm

Locations: Mon at Star UC, Tue at Elm UC, and Wed at Karcher.

    General Requirements:

    RN:

    General Requirements:
    • Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.

    Education:
    • An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE

    License/Certification:
    • Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.
    • Must provide licensure or proof of application in the State of Oregon within six months of starting
    • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire
    • LPN:
    General Requirements:
    • Experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred.

    License/Certification:
    • Licensed in State of Idaho as an Practical Nurse (LPN) and as defined by the State Board of Nursing.
    • Must provide licensure or proof of application in the State of Oregon within six months of starting
    • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire
