Our New Grad Nurse Residency Program is your perfect opportunity to hone your skills as a new RN in the only Magnet Hospital in Montgomery County!!

The New Grad Registered Nurse / RN will work in the Surgical Unit. We care for patients who have undergone total joint replacement/Ortho, trauma, neuro, laminectomies, and various other surgical patients. We have earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of approval for its Joint Center.

The Nurse Clinician / RN is responsible for independently planning, coordinating, and directing those activities essential to the provision of quality nursing care for assigned patients; coordinating the medical plan provided by support service departments relating to the assigned patients; identifying and implementing nursing interventions and evaluates results; and demonstrating developing leadership qualities.

Hours:

• Full Time, 36hrs per week
• Rotating Days/Nights

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or currently enrolled within 6 months of hire
• Able to start New Grad Residency in Summer 2023
