Job Summary
As part of the Process Optimization Team, the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will work cross-functionally with our business partners and shared service teams to design and implement bot flows driving operational efficiency. This will include developing, testing, implementation, maintenance and enhancing automation solutions within the Mortgage Servicing division.
This role will play an integral part in establishing our Servicing RPA Center of Excellence and supporting the overall success of our servicing operation. Your ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is critical as the role is expected to comprehend and transform business processes into automated solutions within aggressive timeframes.

Job Responsibilities:

• RPA Developer will be responsible for researching and analyzing data processing practices and procedures and develops solutions and recommendations for improvement. Develop requirements for system enhancements. Advise client personnel on software conversion and installation activities. Complete complex programming assignments by defining specifications, writing new or modified code, and testing the code to verify the program. Code programs that interface with multiple applications. Modify programs that are command driven. Develop technical designs that will meet system objectives and minimize the impact on operations. Conducts research and documents findings and recommendations by using analytical problem solving.
  
• Determines programming requirements for major projects (e.g., product updates, conversions). Provides client support, training, testing and vendor relations. Prepares user, operations, and system manuals documentation. Maintains project estimates and project management timelines for major projects. Verifies completeness and accuracy of specifications for major projects to be estimated (e.g., report changes, control file changes, file fixes)
  
• Work effectively with Business Units, Compliance, Legal, IT, Support teams, and Vendors to implement changes in processes and implement new tools.
  
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative and strategic relationships with internal and external business partners. Effectively communicates critical data to all servicing and executive leadership.
  

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years with a minimum 2 years of programming experience in financial services or a related industry
  
• 0-2 years with RPA tool, Nintex preferred
  
• Strong knowledge of establishing RPA bot flows and incorporating error logging
  
• Strong domain knowledge of Servicing applications along with good communication skills
  
• Ability to work closely with business analysts, development teams and business team to understand requirements and translate them into Nintex processes
  
• Experience in requirements gathering and process documentation
  
• Bachelor's Degree required (Business, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering)
  
• Strong interpersonal skills; team player with the ability to create structure and coordinate a variety of team member work styles to execute activities at a high level of quality and skill.
  
• Self-starter, self-directed, influential, articulate and ability to distill complex information into easily understandable content.
  
• Understand Finance Data (not critical but helpful)
  
• Strategic thinker and strong ability to articulate data so that it is easily actionable.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, both with the business unit and across the enterprise.
  
• Demonstrated ability to define and resolve problems, exercise sound judgement and make good decisions
  
• Establish critical timelines and effectively drive teams and assist operations to meet deadline expectations.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain confidential information. Strong collaborator with ability to interface successfully with all levels of the organization
