What you will be doing:

• Develop and implement safety programs and policies in accordance with OSHA standards and company goals
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local health and safety regulations
• Organize and lead safety training sessions for employees
• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify their causes and to determine how they might be prevented in the future
• Collaborate with management and production teams to enhance safety culture throughout the organization

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• 2 plus years of experience as a Safety Analyst, Coordinator, or Specialist in Food Manufacturing or similar industries
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training
• Analytical skills to identify risks and propose solutions
