Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sailpoint IIQ Consultant

Position type: Remote or Hybrid
Duration: 1 year with possible extension.
Location: Holyoke,MA

As a Sailpoint IIQ Consultant you will:

Candidate Requirements - Salepoint IIQ Consultant
?Seeking a consultant to fill a position assisting the Enterprise Application Department. This resource will be required as soon as possible for a duration of one year, with possible extension beyond that period.

Required Skills:
• Must have Sailpoint experience and have the ability to hit the ground running
• Experience with connector development and customization.
• Solid understanding of identity and access management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Java/Beanshell programming for SailPoint development.
• Experience with building custom workflows, forms, quicklinks using SailPoint
• Experience in developing custom lifecycle events, rules, custom reports and certifications
• Experience in performing upgrades, applying patches and evaluating CVEs
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to identity management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a small team environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

Preferred Qualifications:
• SailPoint IdentityNow certification.
• Familiarity with related IAM technologies and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

• Act as a point of contact for business partners, addressing inquiries, issues, and requirements related to identity and access management.
• Provide timely and effective resolution to customer-reported problems and incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

Enhancements and Development:

• Participate in small-scale development projects to enhance SailPoint functionality and meet evolving business needs.
• Design, develop, test, and implement SailPoint solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and workflows.

Performance Optimization:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of SailPoint implementations, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Implement measures to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with team members to conduct periodic performance assessments and implement improvements.

Connected Applications Integration:

• Work closely with various business units to integrate and manage connected applications within the SailPoint ecosystem.
• Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between SailPoint and integrated applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring a reliable and efficient IAM environment.

Documentation and Training:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of SailPoint configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users as needed.

Minimum Requirements/Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ experience supporting SailPoint applications.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $120 - $125
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
