Internal and External Customer focused liaison promoting and implementing functional excellence in the Sales Administration Supervisor role. Working collaboratively with stakeholders within Sales and across the organization, will implement processes for Customer shipping excellence and Service escalation, and will manage digital asset delivery, dealer communications, customer agreements, and related sales administration functions.

Goal: Make it easier to do business with Miele.

Essential Functions:

  • Review and prepare KPI's for regular meetings with staff and management
  • Analyze KPI's and make improvements to processes as necessary
  • Work directly with Accounts and Sales Managers to identify and resolve issues
  • Implement shipping excellence processes and metrics to align with department focus to ship more product
  • Collaborate with Sales and Service to implement and oversee a cross-functional process to support Dealer Service escalations
  • Manage digital content delivery via Salsify (or similar) to Dealers and National Accounts; work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to ensure accurate and timely content is deployed; implement and oversee processes for maintenance and Customer compliance; take active role in initiative
  • Oversee UMRP/MAP policy monitoring and enforcement via MySamm (or similar); work collaboratively with Sales to address violations and ensure brand integrity
  • Ensure Dealer agreements (MDA, VR, et al) are completed on time and archived appropriately within SharePoint
  • Oversee Sales/Finance liaison role to facilitate proactive communications that result in more orders shipped
  • Oversee dealer communications, including marketing promotions, teleservices communications, and sales initiatives
  • Ensure timely and accurate SPIFF program coordination
  • Manage Sales Domestic SharePoint site, including content management, access management, migration to 365
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Back Office and Business Solutions leadership teams to gain insights on each area of expertise and increase synergies and communication between groups
  • Create and maintain team SOPs to meet business needs
  • Provide coaching and training to team regularly. Promote teamwork and recognize those that perform
  • Perform timely evaluations to ensure individual improvement of team members
  • Other sales administration related responsibilities, as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years related customer-facing work experience; team lead or supervisor experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business and/or equivalent work experience
  • SAP environment preferred
  • Excellent communication, listening, coaching, and training skills
  • Effective time management skills with a strong organizational focus
  • Problem solver with a responsive and flexible approach
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal leadership and staff
Working conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This job may require overnight travel, late hours, or weekend work, as needed.
