Job Overview:

Linde Services, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team in the Houston, TX area.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Inside Sales Associate duties include but not limited to the following:

• General customer support and interaction
• Assist sales teams in exploring customer needs during the course of the sales process
• Processes quotes on behalf of the sales team
• Provide support for ongoing customers by answering questions, job coordination, P.O. status and resolving problems
• Lead collections efforts working with customers in conjunction with Accounting and Account Managers to collect past due payments
• Work with LSI operations team as needed to ensure projects are executed in a manner that fulfill the customers needs
• Maintain a small number of accounts directly as requested
• Works under general supervision
• Assists or leads productivity projects as requested
• Learns and understands the LSI service offerings
• Some domestic travel required < 20%

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3 - 5 years customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity within refining, chemical, natural gas, pipeline and or related industries a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Telephone sales skills
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a plus
• Strong computer skills
