JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the daily support of the sales function, to include coordinating and analyzing data, creating sales reports, communicating pricing and other sales information, and assisting with operational logistics.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintains quotation and job logs and sales database (Oracle CRM).

- Logs RFQs (requests for quotes) and sets up file and deadlines for each.

- Maintains log of outstanding quotes and generates related reports.

- Distributes RFQ/order information/documentation internally.

- Assists with the production of brochure and document mailings.

- Assembles Quote Packages.

- Tracks changes orders.

- Performs order entry generation in Oracle.

- Prepares and issues order acknowledgement to customers.

- Ensures department is using the most current pricing for components on RFQ's.

- Assists with special component pricing/sourcing; reviewing contracts; and defining exceptions to technical and commercial issues.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

HS diploma or GED required.

Experience with Microsoft Office required.

Experience with Salesforce a plus.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Good interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Detail oriented.

Good organizational and multi-tasking skill.
