Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$121,634.00-$194,614.00

What you'll do
  • You will report to Sales Director to contribute and having experience in sales of customer engagement solutions or are a senior contributor within a financial services, insurance, or retail business, who understands how to navigate long cycles and complex deals with large enterprises
  • To build account plans for large opportunities (>$1 million), and grow a quality pipeline
  • Research and bring unique insights and perspectives to your prospective clients and create compelling material, proposals, and presentations
  • Navigate large organizations, align partners across customer experience, marketing, marketing operations, customer service, IT, engagement channels, analytics, and more.
  • Maintain accurate account, contact and opportunity records in Salesforce.com for reliable forecasting and reporting
You should have

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7 years of sales experience selling or implementing customer journey, CDP, decisioning, personalization, customer engagement, or messaging technology
  • Experience selling enterprise level SaaS solutions to financial services, insurance, retail, or healthcare clients
  • Experience with Marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Service, Operations and Technology teams on complex and long sales-cycles and opportunities
  • Experience building business cases with clients to understand and define a path to getting started to help accelerate buying decisions
