Sales Manager *Job Title:* Sales Manager

Located in Birmingham with offices across the US, we are a national building automation, energy services, and electrical power monitoring systems provider. Our solutions and services help building owners and managers improve efficiency and reduce operational costs while improving comfort for tenants. What You Will Be Doing * Manage a team of sales and estimating specialists that offer goods and customized solutions to satisfy the demands of clients.

* Discover opportunities and build strategies to maintain a large sole-sourced client base.

* Effectively evaluate performance against goals and implement appropriate development plans.

* Create training programs, use vendor expertise, and apply company-wide knowledge to give instructional content to the sales staff.

What You Need for this Position - 2+ years of Sales Management experience
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Building Automation Systems/Construction, Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems background
- Microsoft Office
- Strong track record of end-user negotiated selling
