JOB SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this OUTSIDE SALES position is to lead, manage and mentor the sales and enrollment department in support of the PACE Organization (PO) mission and strategic growth goals. Responsible for managing the local sales and enrollment team and activities assuring that PACE Organization achieves growth and operating targets. Responsible for maintaining & developing new business and sales while continuing to build awareness & relationships in the community.
Accountable to meet fiscal year enrollment targets in PACE assigned territory and provide ongoing feedback to leadership regarding growth progress. Responsible for collaborating with the Trinity Health PACE VP of Sales and Enrollment and the Trinity Health PACE Director of Marketing as they build and implement annual marketing plans which align with the Trinity Health PACE and Trinity Health goals and objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in related field with minimum three (3) years of OUTSIDE sales experience in healthcare. Sales and Marketing experience preferred. Strong leadership and consensus building skills needed; project management skills including effective PR and external relations skills. Active, current driver's license and insured vehicle is required. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in working with the frail or elderly population required. Position requires up to 50% travel within the Centers geographic region.
