The Manager, Sales Operations provides strategic and tactical support to field sales teams and sales operations leadership. The person in this role focuses on ensuring field execution of sales forecasting and reporting processes. The role broadly encompasses developing sales capability through process improvement and development of tools, techniques/strategies, and analysis.

How you will make contributions that matter...

• Coordinate sales forecast process between field sales and demand planning teams. Oversee sales team reporting on proper capture of customer risks and opportunities; provide related training and refresh sessions on related continuous improvement
  
• Work closely with category management in on-going rollout of GPIM imaging project; serves as the designated Field Sales trainer for GCAT implementation
  
• Provides training and support to field sales / brokers on all analytical tools; enable the field teams through analytics to track key business initiatives
  
• Lead Sales SharePoint and Power BI development and usage
  
• Surface solutions to improve current reporting processes & procedures
  
• Produce ad hoc business analytics and reporting
  

You are best suited for the role if you have...

• 5 years of sales operations or finance experience in consumer goods with a track record of demonstrating thought leadership and critical thinking through accomplishments and experience
  
• a bachelor's in business, Finance, IT, Marketing, Statistics, or equivalent work experience
  
• an ability to build strong relationships with field sales teams and communicate technical details in lay-person terms
  
• advanced technical capabilities with Access, Excel, SQL. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
