Responsibilities

How Will You Contribute to the Company?

The Federal Area Sales Operations Analyst will support Federal Sales Leadership in terms of accurate sales reporting, salesforce usage and training, and command a skillset on best-in-class tools aimed at Sales Organizations. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Marketing and have excellent communication skills.

What Will You Do?

  • Collaborate with Federal Sales Managers and Inside Sales Representatives to execute against the Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) roadmap to optimize team selling productivity
  • Workas a member of theteam supportingCradlepoint'sCRMapplication.Determine issueroot cause(s)and participateinsolutiondefinition, build-out, and deployment
  • Attend meetings as necessary with various functional groups to facilitate system/process understanding and cross-team coordination
  • Assist Federal sales team with lead management and prospecting activities
  • Partner with Operations and Commerce on Federal price list implementation and maintenance
  • Measure, analyze and report results to support informed, fact-based business decisions which drive improved performance and results across Cradlepoint's Sales Organization
  • Perform ad hoc analysis for major sales initiatives and programs. This often involves starting with an undefined problem, identifying trends and issues, synthesizing and reporting the results
  • Partner with the Finance, HR, and Operation teams to understand the business and sales challenges
  • Develop, socialize and report consistent assessment of historical performance
  • Build and implement sales analytics and business intelligence which will enable the sales organization to successfully execute selling strategies, build greater customer intimacy, and achieve sales goals
  • Define, refine, and automate our systems/processes/templates that will allow us to understand the layers of business, market environments, and competitor landscapes in which we operate and compete more efficiently and effectively
  • Develop sales leadership dashboards, PPT presentations, etc., to communicate results in a succinct, easy-to-understand manner, to all levels of the organization
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing to co-develop ABM and other Marketing initiatives to drive sales results

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Marketing/Business preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting Federal customers and being in a high performing Sales environment
  • At least three to four (3-4) years of experience in Analytics
  • Must be proficient in Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Can understand business issues and their interrelationship with compensation
  • High-quality written and verbal skills
  • Experience working closely with Senior-level Management
  • Familiarity with the Federal government
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Highly motivated, with a strong sense of achievement and the willingness to finish projects and tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and assignments
  • Willing to work some evenings during the end of month crediting as business needs
