Sales Operations Manager to $160K Base! - Competitive Compensation and Benefits!

Our client, a rapidly growing and successful biotechnology company, is seeking a Sales Operations Manager! The successful manager will assist and support various teams to sell their technology platform. Specific responsibilities will include providing both operational and strategic support to enable leaders to successfully execute on business objectives, collaborate and manage centralized reporting, work directly with sales leaders to achieve sales goals, manage all CRM data, supervise a team of business partners and build a team culture that ensures consistent focus on employee development and engagement, and more. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, 5+ years of sales operations and/or relevant experience integrating and supporting business processes, experience in a management role, demonstrable knowledge of sales business processes, recognizes opportunities and initiates action, embraces and champions new ideas, and has an innovative thinking style. This is a high-level sales role at a fantastic company with a hybrid work model!
