The Job

PayneWest is seeking an Employee Health and Benefits Sales Operations Manager to support our sales management team, and help develop and execute sales strategy in the Northwest. An ideal candidate for this position will make decisions, spearhead initiatives and support the sales team in achieving performance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage with the Managing Director of Employee Health and Benefits, among other producer development leaders to support individual producer goals.
  • Support producer onboarding process, training and development.
  • Help with coordination, scheduling, and content development for ongoing sales meetings and activity. Work with internal and external resources to continue to refine new producer education.
  • Participate in the lead management process including lead routing, monitoring and producer support. Develop, monitor and conduct reviews to maintain sales results.
  • Gather routine sales team feedback and identify key themes and recommendations to improve programs and effectiveness of meetings.
  • Identify, implement and support sales technology platforms (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Engage, miEdge, PATH, etc.).
  • Mentor and lend knowledge and experience to the company's decision-making processes.

The Perks:

We take pride in providing our colleagues with a competitive compensation package; we will honor all local and state salary thresholds. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. The minimum applicable base salary range for this position is $60,000/year and the maximum applicable base salary for this position is $128,000/year. Additionally, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives, annual profit sharing and a benefits package that includes paid paternity/maternity leave, medical leave, 401K savings and other wellbeing programs as well as employee assistance programs. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
