Responsibilities

Sales/RFP support

  • To support and contribute to the end to end Sales Process including: Pre Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Invitations to Tender (ITT) and presentations
  • Bid Writing - Production and ownership and submission of accurate proposal materials – PQQ, RFI, RFP and ITT – representing the agreed Value Proposition
  • Bid Support - Supporting writing of the tender material in line with the agreed Value Proposition
  • Research and Data Collection - Supporting bid writing in the production of proposal material by collecting relevant data, information and MI from the various required sources to support the presentation of the proposal material
  • Pitch Support - Support in the production of sales material in preparation for sales meetings and / or presentations
  • Library Management - Management of shared data resources keeping them up to date and ensuring that they are reviewed and refreshed on a regular basis
Sales Operations
  • Managing and maintaining sales data in Sales Cloud
  • Providing pipeline and closed won / lost reporting to leadership
  • Developing and maintaining monthly and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators
  • Managing and maintain sales process adherence with Sales pipeline methodology
  • Maintain regular check-ins with Sales Managers/Enterprise Sales Representatives and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and create and provide relevant sales training materials to assist with onboarding new sales talent
Requirements
  • An understanding of Hays capabilities, value propositions, products and services
  • Ability to understand and present complex commercial propositions in written, visual and numerical format
  • Project management and co-ordination skills
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurized environment
  • High literacy and attention to detail
  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
  • Able to manage time effectively, work independently & remote, and be self-motivated
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
  • Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, or equivalent CRM
  • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
  • Strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills
The Sales Support And Sales Operations will have an understanding of all Hays Talent Solutions products including RPO, MSP, CMO, Service Procurement and other services and the best practice people, process and technology models to deliver them.

Preferred
  • 1-2 years of Contingent Labor industry experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales management environment.
  • 4-year College degree preferred
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience is a plus
  • Challenger sales methodology experience preferred
