Summary

The Sales Coordinator will assist our Sales Trainer, SVP of Sales Development, and the entire Sales Development Team by being the administrative powerhouse behind our national sales producer trainings. The Sales Coordinator will organize the "behind the scene" details of these trainings from registration to post training follow-ups to ensure trainings are running smoothly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own the administration, tracking, and attendance of sales producer programs
  • Support the Sales Trainers in executing best-in-class sales producer trainings nationwide and large annual Sales Symposium meeting
  • Prepare training content for distribution including posting to MMA intranet
  • Coordinate and communicate with national/regional leadership
  • Assist with technical support on national calls/trainings
  • Administer surveys to gauge feedback on running programs; gather results for management analysis; prepare draft summaries for management
  • Help to refine, rebrand, and reformat PowerPoint presentations for trainings
  • Be a thought partner for and generate communication content as needed
    • Send out reminders and follow-ups for trainings
    • Assist with social media/LinkedIn posting when necessary
    • Create a personal network of local helpful points of contact for trainings by coordinating with other US offices
    • Work with vendors to set them up in our procurement systems
    • Liaise with procurement to ensure invoices are sent to necessary parties and track payments

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Salesforce.com experience including creating and running reports
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High discernment skills with independent critical thinking a must
  • Demonstrated ability to keep multiple initiatives organized and running
  • Skilled at working quickly and independently
  • Ability to hit the ground running by being a creative problem solver
  • Strong command of Office suite, strong typing ability
  • Quick at learning new tasks and resourceful when faced with a challenge
  • Demonstrated ability to independently resolve problems and present results neatly, with clarity and precision in oral and written form.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly summarize information or data for management
  • Appinium experience or exposure highly desired
  • Intermediate to advanced zoom meeting and webinar knowledge

Work Environment
  • Position may require periods of travel as needed, up to 10%.
  • Extended work hours required on occasion.
  • 2-3 days/week (flexible) ideally close to Troy, MI or another agreed upon MMA office
