All Sogeti Prospective Candidates Must:

Possess a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree from an accreditedinstitution.

Be a US Citizen or a current permanent resident Green Card holder.Sponsorship now or in the future is unable to be provided for this role.

Be currently residing in the Chicagoland area. Non-localcandidates will NOT be considered as onsite will eventually be required.

Willingness to travel/commute and work onsite throughout theentire Chicagoland area possibly including domestic throughout the US, onceallowable and safe.

You will be a key member of our Delivery organizationin the US. In addition to being responsible for developing high performingsolutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, you will provide insightin advanced business analysis, conduct needs assessments, configure anddeveloper journeys and email templates, as required, and assist in keyfunctions involving client and staff development, training and on-going clientsupport. We are looking for a bright minded,self-motivated, team player with a strong background and skilled with a highdegree of intellectual curiosity and abilities with:

Working withsenior members of the team to analyze business requirements, translating intocustomized solutions utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Implementing thatadhere to platform best practices and performing peer code reviews.

Typical MarketingCloud implementations including custom platform development (HTML, CSS,Ampscript and JavaScript), integrations with back office systems (often throughuse of middleware tools) and complex data migrations. Leading development work streams from designthrough testing and deployment, often working with junior members of the teamboth offshore and onshore.

Collaborating withproject leadership, assisting in estimation of work effort, determination ofrequired resources and setting a realistic schedule for development.

Maintainingeffective client relations and rapport; delivering timely and relevantinformation, identifying and reporting project risks.

Post-delivery-assistingclient teams in supporting the live application and performing handoff andknowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success.

Technical SkillsRequirements:

Minimum 2-3 yearsof professional experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementation andcoding experience.

Minimum of 2years professional experience working with HTML, CSS, Ampscript, JavaScript,NodeJS and SQL.

Integrationsusing Marketing Cloud Connector and the Marketing Cloud API.

SalesforceMarketing Cloud technical platform including Email Studio, Journey Builder.

Excellent writtenand oral communication skills.

Managing softwaredevelopment lifecycle with a distributed team(s)-onshore and offshore.

Working withsource control tools like git.

Ability to adaptto a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.

Hands-onexperience of or training in of additional Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules,such as social studio, advertising studio, mobile studio, advertising studio,interaction studio, audience builder, DMP, Datorama.

Hands-onexperience of or training in Force.com-based modules such as Sales Cloud,Service Cloud, Community Cloud

Cloud Computing(SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce, either through work at industry participants orconsulting to the industry.
