Salesforce Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive

Who you are:

Slalom is currently seeking a collaborative Salesforce Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive to drive business results across assigned region.

The individual in this role will serve Slalom's clients as a solution sales executive, building and executing predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based corporate culture and be passionate about delivering positive outcome-based work for clients and growing the Slalom brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Drives revenue and sales growth and actively manages partner sales pipeline surfaced with and through the partner channel
  • Collaborates with the Partner Solution Engineer and Partner Development Manager to strategically pursue new opportunities in conjunction with the Alliance partner
  • Manages sales cycle including pursuit leadership and opportunity management
  • Drive client discovery in partnership with account and practice leaders
  • Work with new and existing clients to build Alliance partner pipeline and with partners to secure new Master Service Agreements (partner sourced leads)
  • Builds and nurtures relationships with partner sales teams to credential Slalom and identify opportunities for partnership and success within their relevant focus (region or industry)
  • Promotes customer relationship management, customer love, and partner love
  • Hosts, facilitates and drives demand to co-sponsored partner marketing activities
  • Focus on large transformational deals
  • Support business development for net new clients
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of previous sales experience around consulting services or Salesforce offerings
  • Passionate about sales and technology
  • Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent collaboration, relationship and team-building skills
  • Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and negotiation skills
  • Strong process orientation coupled with an ability to work with virtual teams
  • Budget and project management experience
  • Experienced in building relationships with CXOs and business decision-makers
  • Skilled at leading teams through complex technology solution sales
  • Experienced and adept at aligning teams to work toward a common goal; consistently demonstrates strong people management skills

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In San Francisco, the base salary pay range for the Sales Executive is $124,000-$198,000 and for the Senior Sales Executive is $146,000-$243,000. In Seattle, the base salary pay range for the Sales Executive is $113,000-$181,000 and for the Senior Sales Executive is $134,000-$215,000. In Denver, the base salary pay range for the Sales Executive is $104,000-$166,000 and for the Senior Sales Executive is $123,000-$197,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
