Waystar is expanding our high energy, passionate SFDC team! Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to join the VP and team of SalesForce.com experts in working directly with our sales, marketing, business development, and client services cost centers in creating operational efficiencies and platform integration in our CRM Platform, SalesForce.com.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create Operational efficiencies throughout the organization
  • Deliver efficiencies and platform integrations
  • Design and maintain operational processes related to day-to-day client support
  • Facilitate meetings with peers and management to translate and simplify requirements
  • Several of the Admins specialize in supporting various departments and various disciplines such as Data Hygiene and database maintenance

  • Participate in the design and requirements for new products and new processes as well as support them from a maintenance perspective upon release

What we're looking for:

  • 1-2 years of SalesForce.com Admin experience
  • SalesForce.com Certification is a plus
  • SalesForce.com Administration class is a plus

  • Bachelor Degree
  • High-energy and passion for winning
  • Highly principled, exhibits integrity, and treats people with respect, irrespective of their rank or responsibility
  • Demonstrated resiliency and not afraid to be a contrarian
  • Exhibits intellectual curiosity and proactive problem-solving skills, i.e. always wanting the "right" answer and best solution to a challenge

  • Creative risk-taker who practices sound judgment and enjoys accountability
  • Superior communications abilities: oral, written and presentation
  • Comfortable having accountability to multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to "sell" ideas and influence others, in particular decision-makers
