RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Scheduling Representative in Saint Louis, MO.Duties:
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Communicate in a professional, positive, manner on phone with patients, families, and co-workers
  • Working with EPIC for scheduling of appointments, transferring calls internally that are deemed clinical
  • The attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate patient records


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare related field a plus
  • Experience utilizing EPIC from previous healthcare role
  • Data entry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong communication skills
