GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Technology plays an integral role at Everside Health to support healthcare delivery and business operations by providing relevant, integrated, and data driven systems. This is accomplished by developing advanced and customized solutions in tools such as Salesforce and eClinicalWorks. The candidate will be joining an innovative team that is passionate about using best in-class technology to improve healthcare outcomes.

We are looking for a Scrum Master who is excited to lead the scrum activities for two development teams executing on member experience and clinical experience backlogs. As the scrum master, you will manage product and software development teams as a servant leader. You will ensure that teams follow agile practices and scrum framework values, work to increase team efficiency, and provider motivation and guidance for process improvement. You will also have a role in ensuring change management exercises such as training, communication, and go-live support are successfully completed and act as a face of the team to the organization. Put simply, you'll be our go-to person for apply scrum to product high-quality work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage each project's scope and timeline
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
  • Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers
  • Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques
  • Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
  • Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
  • Be a point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
  • Help teams implement changes effectively
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
  • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own' the product and enjoy working on it

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
  • 2-3 years' experience acting as a scrum master, agile project manager, or similar role with development teams
  • Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, etc.) and ability to apply these frameworks appropriately.
  • Excellent interpersonal, business communication and writing skills
  • Able to learn, navigate, and influence both functional and technical elements of our technologies
  • Salesforce Service/Health Cloud and EMR technology experience a plus
  • Experience integrating 3rd party applications with Salesforce or comparable CRMS
  • Proven track record of shipping exceptional products
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years' experience in a scrum master role building internal company facing applications or customer facing applications

Pay Range: $100,000 - $115,000

The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate's years of experience and/or skill level.
