RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client is looking for a Cloud Adoption & Solution Engineering Scrum Master to join their team in Waltham, MA.Responsibilities include:

• In this role, the Scrum Master will manage multiple workstreams to unify cloud platforms that support the rationalization of data centers, applications, and technologies, modernize the compute platform, and accelerate cloud adoption
• Work in a SAFe Agile Release Train, leveraging the agile methodology to lead several technically diverse and geographically separated teams under the Cloud Center of Enablement (CCOE)
• Lead and manage team capacity and velocity, guide and coach the development teams on agile practices & principles, and drive progress to deliver high quality functionality to end-users and customers
• The Scrum Master will lead and manage Scrum/agile ceremonies and meetings; Coordinate cross-cutting tasks and dependencies, and identify and proactively work to mitigate against project risks with other Scrum Masters across the CCOE workstreams
• Work in close partnership with Senior Management, Product Management, and Tech Leads/Product Owners, to help define and achieve Product Increment (PI)/Release and Sprint goals; Track Sprint progress and implement process improvements
• Provide regular project level and release updates and status reporting to leadership
• As a Scrum Master, you will oversee an integrated team of engineers, on-boarding specialists, and technical writers responsible for migrating solutions identified in the cloud adoption plan, and for partnering w/ teams to design reliable, high performance, and scalable environments

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
• Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
