A Vacation Ownership Company is seeking a Scrum Master / PM in Orlando, FL/Hybrid.

Role Description

The Project Manager / Scrum Master embraces the Agile mindset and encourages others to do the same. This individual coaches the team to follow Scrum processes and practices. The Scrum Master protects the team from outside interruptions, distractions, and obstacles enabling the team to deliver high-quality, high-value products as quickly and effectively as possible. Scrum Masters lead from a position of influence (without direct authority), often taking a servant-leadership stance.

• Acting as a servant leader for the Scrum Team by providing guidance and coaching to the team in how to be self-organizing and efficient using Agile tools, techniques, and practices.
• Participate in product road-mapping and release forecasting activities.
• Guide the team to maximize delivery of value and establish a healthy team cadence.
• Facilitate the removal of impediments to team's progress.
• Monitor and report on sprint progress.
• Facilitate sprint retrospectives and identify ways to continually improve.
• Participate in / facilitate Scrum ceremonies, as necessary
• Participate in cross-organization dependency discussions (e.g., Scrum of Scrums).
• Work as project manager assigned to the team to provide necessary financial management & forecasting, schedule development and management and project communications.

Skills & Requirements

• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience - removing impediments, planning and running sprints etc. in an enterprise environment
• 3+ years of Project Management experience with budgeting / forecasting / financials/ risk assessment experience in an enterprise environment
• CSM Required
• PMP preferred
