Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a licensed attorney with regulatory work experience involving securities law for a contract-to-hire position with a law firm in Tysons, VA!

Qualifications:

• Must be barred to practice in VA, DC, MD, or NY (active/in good standing).
• Familiarity with SEC/FINRA rules and regulations required.
• Experience advising broker-dealers, investment advisers and/or representatives of those entities highly preferred.

While this role is mostly remote, candidates must be able to commute to the Tysons office if needed.
