Sr. Accountant/Miami for top privately held health insurance client!
Position can be based remotely near a good airport. Must be degreed, Master's a strong plus; leads a small team.
Our client, a continuously growing and expanding health insurance company headquartered in Miami is adding a Sr. Accountant to their stellar team.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Overseeing financial reporting processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support decision-making.
Participating in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Mentoring and coaching junior team members to foster professional development.
