A global manufacturing company focused on producing sustainable products, is searching for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team. The Senior Accountant will report directly to the Director of Financial Reporting and will be involved in general accounting functions and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recurring month-end and year-end journal entries.
• Produce and present accounting reports.
• Conduct reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports including variance analysis and prior-year budget.
• Assist in year-end audit.
• Develop, document, and strengthen accounting policies.
• Perform supervisory tasks such as:
  • Plan, assign and review staff's work.
  • Maintain adequate staffing.
  • Uphold job expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of general accounting or audit experience.
• CPA.
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP.
