As the Sr. Analyst, your goal is to increase our analytical capabilities and derive actionable insights into our critical human capital issues, as well as create a scalable data infrastructure and user-friendly reporting environment that can effectively support our growing company.

How You'll Make an Impact

In this position, you will produce enterprise-wide, dashboards, financial/statistical modeling, and reporting on key HR metrics, leveraging Workday, Power BI, or Tableau. You will have responsibility to design, analyze, validate, and implement reporting and data solutions involving human capital and organizational information. You will work with functional end users to conduct needs analysis and retrieve data for both regular and ad hoc reports from the Human Resource Management System (Workday) and other data sources. The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting existing reports and training end-users as needed.

What You'll Do

As the Senior Analyst, HR Insight and Analytics, reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards and HRIS, you will be responsible for:

  • Acquiring, assimilating, and analyzing data gathered from HR systems, HR partners, and other sources
  • Defining and prioritizing data requirements, publishing regular reports, and providing good communication and support to key stakeholders.
  • Working in close partnership with members of HR leadership, HR Business Partners, and the Centers of Excellence (COEs) as well as other functional areas to understand business needs and to then leverage various data sources to develop insight and solutions
  • Driving the technical execution of analytic reporting, ad-hoc analyses, and applied Human Capital research projects in support of workforce strategy and insights
  • Assists with development and defining performance metrics (KPIs) that provide insight on key trends impacting business performance
  • Develops/enhances executive level dashboards, reports, alerts, and scorecards of HR related data to support enterprise-wide workforce planning efforts. Prepares analysis and presentations to identify business trends, gaps, and opportunities

What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Analytics, Statistics other relevant degree.
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR and/or reporting/analytics which must include experience with data analysis/visualization software tools, such as: Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience with Workday Report Creation, dashboard development, data analytics trending
  • Ability to convert large data sets into meaningful information for the business
  • Workday Studio and BIRT experience desired
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-task oriented and ability to work under pressure
