The position

The Senior Analyst will support initiatives across the group ranging from sector analyses to product implementation. Wearing a variety of hats, this person will get exposure to creating new business lines, partnering with disruptive technologies, and general investing aimed at shaping the future of the organization.

Accountabilities

Your overall job will be to help the Venture Group assess the viability of new business ideas and test them with customers, inside and outside the organization. This will have a few main components that include (but are not limited to):

  • Research
    • Conduct research on market trends, competitive landscape, reimbursement, and other indicators of business viability
    • Directly engage patients, physicians, and other key stakeholders to understand the customer point of view
  • Deployment and implementation
    • Design pilots to test new concepts
    • Partner with other business units to oversee implementation
    • Make recommendations on whether to scale or discontinue based on performance
  • General team support
    • Prepare materials for presentations to senior leaders and other stakeholders
    • Contribute to external deal processes as appropriate

  • 2-4 years working experience
    • Experience with large-scale business implementations
    • Strategy development and business evaluation - using both sound qualitative logic and quantitative modeling
    • Process and program management
  • Grit - you have the courage and conscientiousness to pursue big ideas with the resilience to persist through roadblocks along the way
  • Adaptability - you can pivot easily when hypotheses are disproven, and thrive in a fluid organizational structure

Salary/ Wage Range

$62,200.00 to $91,300.00

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
