Job Summary:
The Senior Case Manager is responsible for assessing, planning services, and engaging in mental health and substance abuse interventions for 20 guests of a DMH dual-diagnosis shelter as well as providing training and oversight to direct care staff in regards to the provision of effective and meaningful interventions and services. This position supports Bay Cove's mission by ensuring that services and interventions offered to guests at the Dual Diagnosis Shelter are commensurate with their ability to participate in these services and interventions and by ensuring that all services are strengths-based, person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally and linguistically competent.
This is an exempt position.
