Description

The Senior Clinic Emerging Markets Operations Professional creates and implements processes and programs to ensure the staff and facilities in emerging markets are fully prepared for successful operations. This role give you an opportunity to travel to new clinics across the US and participate in go-live support.

Responsibilities

The Senior Clinic Emerging Markets Operations Professional collaborates with training, market leadership and clinical staff. Secures needed resources, and establishes/verifies key performance indicators to ensure readiness. Leads the transition to ongoing operational processes. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

  • Clinical Degree (RN, LPN, MA, etc)
  • Clinical Background with Clinic Operations Experience
  • Training Experience in a clinical operations atmosphere
  • Clinical workflow and policy procedure development experience
  • Work at Home but must live within the state of Georgia
  • Travel required 50% of the time; working in the local Atlanta clinics when not traveling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience delivering presentations to all levels of leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to translate analytics into action and use the data to impact and influence business outcomes
  • Microsoft Office proficiency - able to write queries, create forms, reports presentations, and documents in Word, Power Point, Access and Excel
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Market implementation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of Value Based Care model; strongly preferred
  • Current or Previous Leadership Experience
  • eCW experience
