Description

The Senior Developer/Data Analyst will develop, maintain, and update SQL Server stored procedures, views, SSIS packages, and SSRS reports. Will be part of the team responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations based organization with emphasis on supporting applications that use data from D365 F&O. Must have very good communication skills and the ability to work with business units to facilitate scope and project goals.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Effectively collaborate with business units and other IT personnel to gather requirements
  • Collaborate, coordinate, and perform the implementation of new and maintenance of existing integrations and custom solutions
  • Support, maintain, and modify existing systems and integrations
  • Troubleshoot questions/problems from the user community
  • Support external data feeds to various business partners


Functional Requirements:
  • Effectively collaborate with business and trading partners to gather systems and business requirements
  • Work effectively with people that have different views
  • Display a sense of urgency
  • Write and debug programs
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues
  • Attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting


Requirements

Education/Training/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of technical experience

Other Skills/Abilities:
  • Must be a self-starter with problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with MS SQL Server and the development of T-SQL queries and views is a must
  • Pluses include experience with any of the following:
  • Azure SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Replication
  • Job Scheduling
  • Power BI
  • .Net/web development (dev-express, Xamarin),
  • Dynamics AX (2009, 2012) X++ or D365 F&O
  • EDI
  • XML
