Our client, a well known logistics firm, is looking to hire a Sr. Development Accountant. This role is open due to company growth and the position is hybrid.

Responsibilites:

• Review general ledger monthly and quarterly to ensure proper GAAP
• Complete development accounting close for projects
• Collaborate with manager to create monthly cash flow forecasting
• Review lease documents to ensure proper accounting
• Review and approve invoices
• Set up pre-development and development projects to monitor jobs

Qualifications:

• BS in Accounting required
• 3-5+ years of accounting experience within construction. real estate, or public accounting highly preferred
• Self-starter
• Yardi expeirence a huge plus
• Strong excel skills
