Meet the team:
The Senior Manager of Global Operations Finance is a key member of our quickly growing and developing Global Operations Finance team with high visibility to our executive leadership! This group is responsible for providing actionable intelligence to executive leadership to drive the global growth and efficiency of the company. It will be at the forefront of driving improvements across processes and reporting for the Global Operations Team.

In this role as the Senior Finance Manager, you will help develop, interpret, track, and implement financial concepts across Operations support functions. This includes performing financial analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Owning day- to-day management and oversight of their team and supporting multiple Business Partners in Operations. We are looking for a dedicated, financial minded, individual to help drive forward process improvements and analytics in our Global Operations Finance team.

Where you come in:
• You will lead a team of three, supporting Global Supply Chain (including Freight), Global Facilities and Global Capital Equipment (Operations R&D)
• You will help improve reporting and tracking metrics for each area and drive projects for cost savings and global expansion
• You will support global consolidations for reporting which includes understanding inputs from international locations to report out at a consolidated level to leadership
• You will drive improvements within reporting and benchmarking for improving our spend and supporting financial accountability across our business partners
What makes you successful:
• You must have professional courage to push boundaries to improve processes and continue to ask the "Why" behind requests and data
• You will need to understand basic financial concepts and analytics including Budget and Forecasting processes
• You should bring solid leadership capabilities to help support and develop your team of direct reports and across our organization
• Needs to have experience with Capital Equipment Budgeting and approvals on a large manufacturing scale
• Needs to have experience with a Manufacturing company, preferably a medical technology manufacturer
• You should have experience as a business partner, preferably with Operations leadership
• You need to have a curiosity to keep learning and digging into the systems or reports to ensure clear understanding
• You must understand that Dexcom is a growing and evolving company, we are looking for driven team members who are excited to drive improvements and excited by a new challenge
• Great to have experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Tableau
• Great to have experience with facilities ownership from a financial perspective

Exempt Salary Details:
• The annual base salary range for this role is $122,500 to $204,100. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.
